    The product

    Coratina: an Italian olive with a pleasantly strong and lively flavor.
    Arbequina: a Spanish olive with a fine and delicate flavor with hints of almond.
    Koroneiki: a Greek olive with a fresh and light flavor with hints of field grass.

    We selected these three cultivars (olives) so that together, in the right proportion, they would give a distinctive taste and elegance to this oil. Olivare is therefore a journey through the most beautiful and precious olive-growing areas of the Mediterranean. The tastes, colors and aromas of these distinctive oils reflect the historical path of the olive tree.

    • Fruity

      It indicates the presence of the typical fragrance of healthy, fresh olives picked at the optimal degree of ripeness.

    • Spicy

      It indicates the concentration of polyphenols, very healthy components for the human body.

    • Bitter

      It indicates the presence of phenolic compounds, with a high nutritional value and useful for the preservation of oil.
