Can I write to you at any time?

How can I track my order?

You can track your order in the section dedicated to you " Track your order ", where you can enter the Order or Tracking Number that was sent to you via email.

What are the shipping costs?

I'm not there! Our Premium shipping that gets you your items in just two days is completely free and efficient, in line with all our external services!

What do I do if I receive the wrong products?

In the rare event that you have received the wrong products, please contact us by email so that we can fix the problem right away. We will need the following information: Clear photos of the wrong products reference order number.

What do I do if my package is damaged?

If unfortunately you have received the damaged products please contact us by email, with the following information: list of damaged products, photos of the products received.

How long do shipments take?

Your order is sent from Italy. The delivery is entrusted to GLSi, which one day before delivery will activate the tracking by informing you of the delivery time slot. You will also be able to see the precise data in your account by clicking on "track your order". Delivery times for Italy are 24/48 working hours.

How can I cancel my order?

If you contact us (Mon-Fri 09.00-19.30) it will be possible to cancel the order up to 1 hour after it has been completed.

To cancel an order you should call us immediately or send us an email providing us with your order number (e.g. # 12345).

You can also try later, but if your tracking link has already been created, it will not be possible to delete it.
If the cancellation of the package is no longer possible, you can refuse the package to the courier and once back in the warehouse, if you have already paid for it, proceeding with the refund.

How much does a return take to be processed?

We process our returns manually, and this can sometimes take some time.
We check the returned goods and refund the amount through the same payment method you selected initially.
In the case of payment to the delivery you will be able to choose between a credit to be used with the next order or alternatively we will need you to communicate your bank details so that we can refund you by bank transfer. If you do not receive your refund three weeks after returning the package, you are welcome to contact us.
