The variety Coratina was selected for its organoleptic profile. It is an olive oil with a medium-intense fruity herbaceous flavor.

It often happens that olive oils coming from a certain territory perfectly match with the type of cuisine/food of the territory itself. This is true also for Coratina olive oil being the perfect pairing for the foods of its land of origin. Apulian cuisine is one of the cradles of the largest and best-known Mediterranean cuisine.

Terra indicates to the consumer a precise and immediate use for this oil: the robust and strongly flavored meat-based dishes of Mediterranean cuisine, but also soups, legumes and earthy cuisine in general. With this product we wanted to give the ideal seasoning to the Fruits of the Earth.
