Organic oil: is it the best?

By now, due to the various marketing advertising campaigns and false beliefs, a popular idea has become established, that is to associate the words "organic" and "bio" automatically with the concept of "best".

Without making distinctions between the two and without knowing what it really is organic extra virgin olive oil.

SO IS ORGANIC OIL THE BEST?

Organic extra virgin olive oil serves to give us the certainty that the selected raw material is local and grown from organic farming, therefore "Bio" does not serve to define the excellent quality of the product but only to certify that undoubtedly we are talking about a more controlled product in line with respect for the environment, as they are treated without chemicals.

It is certainly a very specific certification that is well accepted by those who are very keen to check the origin and treatment of their food but this does not imply that it is generally better than a traditional oil.

OKAY, BUT THEN BETTER TRADITIONAL OR ORGANIC OIL

There are no differences in terms of quality between traditional and organic oil, this only consists that in the second category there are more rigorous controls but obviously everything is related to the supply chain to which it belongs and to the working method it has.
