Innovation
Innovation is at the heart of our company.
For three generations, we have striven every day to optimize our processes, to improve our quality and to increase our performance, both structurally and with our products.
It has been a long journey of research and constant commitment that has led us over the years to become a true pioneer in the sector. In 1998, for example, we were the first to obtain certification for Toscano I.G.P. extra virgin olive oil.
Constant innovation
We are committed to constant innovation. This applies not only to our products but also to our production processes. We invest in the most modern technologies for storage, filtering, bottling and labelling. We also systematically purchase and replace machinery and equipment to optimize each processing phase.
Our olive oil is exported daily to 24 countries across Europe and beyond, representing approximately 45% of our sales. The remaining 55% is destined for the domestic market, where we have a strong presence on the shelves of major retail chains, as well as in the kitchens of hundreds of hotels and restaurants, including those with Michelin stars.
We supply daily: Switzerland, France, Slovakia, Slovenia, The Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Poland, The United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden, Canada, The United States, Mexico, Ecuador, Australia, Taiwan, Japan, Indonesia, Kuwait and South Africa.
The plant
We have a daily production capacity of 120,000 liters, with an average bottling speed of 9,000 bottles per hour. We also have a cutting-edge oil storage system comprising of 45 steel silos, with a total capacity of 1,300,000 liters. These silos maintain optimal conditions for the oil by storing it under nitrogen, preventing contact with oxygen.

The products
Our range is wide and varied, but the principle that links each product is unique: quality in selection.
In addition to the cornerstones of the offer, 100% Italian and European selected olive oils, we offer top of the line olive oils such as Toscano IGP, for which we were the first to obtain certification over 25 years ago, and monovarietals like Mare and Terra, two very different oils created to enhance specific dishes of our Italian cuisine, the best in the world.
Our range also includes organic oils, which are becoming increasingly difficult to find in a quality worthy of the Fabbri brand.
