Our history

The story begins in 1965, when Nivio Fabbri
decided to start what has become a family tradition:
the production of olive oil.

A passionate farmer that began with just a few olive groves in the province of Lucca, he soon dedicated himself to harvesting, pressing and crushing his olives and started marketing the first bottles.

Passion, quality and commitment immediately bore fruit, and the company soon embarked on a path of steady growth, both socially and structurally. His sons, Luciano and Loriano, and later his grandson, Alessandro, continued the business inspired by the principles of their founder.

Today, sixty years later, Fabbri is both nationally and internationally recognized for maintaining the spirit and values with which it was born.

Our home: Toscana

Tuscany, one of the most famous olive oil regions in the world , has undoubtedly influenced the rhythms and spirit and has proven to be the perfect setting in which to plant , cultivate and collect inspiration and stimuli.

The olive trees that can be seen dotting the backgrounds of the fourteenth-century paintings of the great masters not only describe the surrounding landscape , but also outline a deep gastronomic affection: here people know oil and know how to evaluate it.

Here, every day, from home tables to restaurant tables, the bottle of oil is a fundamental component of the mise en place.

A true cult. A key ingredient.

Producing oil here means being judged by a tribune of more than demanding connoisseurs.

The work we have done to gain and maintain the trust of these consumers has imposed on us over the years high standards and rigor in our choices.

The products

Our range is wide and varied, but the principle that links each product is unique: quality in selection.

In addition to the cornerstones of the offer, 100% Italian and European selected olive oils, we offer top of the line olive oils such as Toscano IGP, for which we were the first to obtain certification over 25 years ago, and monovarietals like Mare and Terra, two very different oils created to enhance specific dishes of our Italian cuisine, the best in the world.

Our range also includes organic oils, which are becoming increasingly difficult to find in a quality worthy of the Fabbri brand.
