    The product

    Colle Prezioso is bottled as it comes out of the mill without being filtered, which is where its flavour and intense colour come from.

    It contains all the knowledge and tradition of our grandparents. Very well balanced, harmonic, for general use. Suitable for all typical Mediterranean dishes, it is also recommended for grilled red and white meat and for sauces.

    • Fruity

      It indicates the presence of the typical fragrance of healthy, fresh olives picked at the right degree of ripeness.

    • Spicy

      It indicates the concentration of polyphenols, very healthy components for the human body.

    • Bitter

      It indicates the presence of phenolic compounds, with high nutritional value and useful for the preservation of the olive oil.

    100% Italian Olive oil

    We wanted to design and produce a very good olive oil, so we did it respecting the "Three Golden Rules of Olive oil”:

    • Made from Italian olives: currently, Italy is indisputably the country that produces the best olive oils in the world.
    • Low acidity: it shows that at the time of milling, the olives were perfectly healthy, and the collection has been carried out correctly.
    • Cold extracted: essential to avoid losing all the volatile components, polyphenols, tocopherols and others that determine the quality of the product both from an organoleptic and nutritional point of view.

    It could be said that by seeking quality we have encountered health, in fact only in high quality olive oils a balanced composition of fatty acids is found, which, together with high levels of polyphenols and tocopherols, play an important role in keeping a healthy lifestyle.
