The product

The Coratina cultivar has been selected for its organoleptic profile, which produces an olive oil with a medium intense herbaceous fruitiness.

It is often the case that the olive oils of a particular territory work in perfect harmony with the cuisines/food of the territory itself. In the case of Coratina olive oil, it is the Apulian cuisine which is highlighted, which is one of the cradles of the famous Mediterranean cuisine.

Terra (land) indicates the use for this olive oil: robust Southern Italian cuisine, which may seem poor at first glance, but is in fact very rich and tasty. With this product we wanted to give the Frutti della Terra the ideal condiment.

  • Fruity

    It indicates the presence of the typical fragrance of healthy, fresh olives picked at the optimal degree of ripeness.

  • Spicy

    It indicates the concentration of polyphenols, very healthy components for the human body.

  • Bitter

    It indicates the presence of phenolic compounds, with a high nutritional value and useful for the preservation of oil.
