Innovation is the heart of our company.

For three generations we have been trying to optimize processes, improve quality and raise performance, both structural and product, every day.

A long process made of constant research and commitment that has led us over the years to be true precursors in the sector, recognized, for example, in 1998, when we were the first to receive the Tuscan IGP olive oil certification.

Constant innovation

The tendency to update ourselves has never abandoned us, even in terms of production: we continually invest in the most modern storage, filtering , bottling and labelling technologies, we systematically purchase and replace machinery and equipment, always trying to obtain the maximum and the best from each processing phase.

Our olive oil is exported daily to 24 European and non-European countries for approximately 45% of the turnover with the remaining 55% destined for the national market where we are present on the shelves of the most important GDO chains as well as on the tables of hundreds of hotels and restaurants , including starred ones .

We supply daily: Switzerland, Germany, France, Slovakia, Slovenia, Belgium, Holland, Denmark, Finland, Poland, England, Ireland, Sweden, Canada, United States, Mexico, Ecuador, Australia, Taiwan, Japan, Indonesia, Kuwait, South Africa.

The factory

We have a daily production capacity of 120,000 litres up to 9,000 bottles/hour and a cutting-edge oil storage system with 45 steel silos that allow us to conserve up to 1,300,000 litres in the best possible way , under nitrogen to prevent contact of the olive oil with oxygen.

Our certifications include:

  • BRC Certification

    The BRC (Brand Reputation Compliance) Food certification attests to the quality and safety of food products through the application of mixed quality/product management systems, hygienic self-control (HACCP) and good manufacturing practices (GMP - Good Manufacturing Practices).

  • IFS Certification

    The IFS Standard (International Food Standard) aims to facilitate the effective selection of GDO branded food suppliers, based on their ability to provide safe products, compliant with contractual specifications and legal requirements.

  • Organic Certification

    The Organic logo can only be used on products that have met strict conditions for production, processing, transportation and storage.

  • Supply Chain Certification UNI EN ISO 22005:2008

    The UNI EN ISO 22005:2008 standard regulates supply chain and company traceability systems in the agri-food sector.

  • Tuscan IGP Certification

    The " Tuscan Olive Oil " label is a guarantee of authenticity and allows consumers to obtain detailed information on traceability.

The products

Our range is wide and varied but the principle that links each product is unique: quality in selection .

In addition to the cornerstones of our offering, consisting of 100% Italian oil and selected EU oil , we are characterised by excellent products such as the Toscano PGI , for which we were the first to obtain certification more than 25 years ago, or single-variety products such as Mare and Terra , two very different oils created to enhance specific typical dishes of our Italian cuisine , the best in the world.
