    This olive oil is the result of careful research and selection, refined by years of experience, in order to obtain from each harvest the product that best respects our strict quality standards.

    A very balanced, harmonious, versatile olive oil. Suitable for all the typical Italian and Mediterranean dishes, emphasizing its organoleptic characteristics. Excellent for vegetables and legume soups and stews, it is also suitable for salads and raw vegetables. Its intense flavor enhances numerous dishes. It can be used  with fish dishes, hot seafood salads, boiled octopus or large fish. It can also be used with meat in its various preparations.

      It indicates the presence of the typical fragrance of healthy, fresh olives picked at the optimal degree of ripeness.

    • Spicy

      It indicates the concentration of polyphenols, very healthy components for the human body.

    • Bitter

      It indicates the presence of phenolic compounds, with a high nutritional value and useful for the preservation of oil.
